Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for returns due to change of mind. Please contact us via email, stating the order number in the subject.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and still in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyers expense.

Please be aware that we only refund the cost of the items you purchased, We do not refund any shipping costs.

Once we have received the items and confirmed they are undamaged and in the original condition, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please accept our apologies. Mistakes sometimes happen and we would appreciate the opportunity to make it right.

Please contact us via email, stating your order number in the subject so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution. In the case of an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs to ensure no additional expense to you.
