Shipping Costs

Cards - Pricing is a flat rate regardless of how many you order. For large orders please contact us for whole sale pricing options.

Artwork - If ordering more than one artwork, we will combine into one mailing tube to minimize costs. Essentially you will pay to ship the largest artwork and any additional pieces will be free. You can either contact us in advance and we will provide an invoice, or you can pay for shipping at checkout we will refund the difference.

 

 

Shipping Method

To ensure that your order reaches you in pristine condition, we utilize sturdy packaging for all our products. We do not use flexible envelopes or mailers. 

Our Art Cards are shipped in boxes to avoid bending or creases. Fine Marbled Artworks are carefully rolled in acid free paper and shipped in mailing tubes.

 

 

International Orders 

Currently our system is only setup for shipping within New Zealand.

For overseas delivery, please contact us via email to allow us opportunity to optimize packaging and ensure the best value shipping option. We will then provide you with an invoice for your order.

 

 

Shipping Damage

In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, please contact us via email to start resolution with NZ Post.
